WHY CAN'T I PLACE ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THIS WEBSITE?

Our website seeks to provide our customers with more information regarding our company background, our product features, and contact details. To enjoy more discounts, we recommend heading over to our Lazada, Qoo10, or Shopee where we regularly hold sales and promotions!

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

On Lazada, our default delivery is Ninjavan. On Qoo10, our default delivery is Qxpress. On Shopee, our default delivery is Speedpost. All our delivery partners provide tracking numbers for you to track your parcels in real time and our track records show that our lost mail rate is 0%. Yay!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

1 to 2 business days. All our products are in-stock in our Singapore warehouse Northstar@AMK, hence our delivery time is very short. All orders received before 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and PH).

DO YOU ALLOW STORE PICK UP?

Yes. You may do self-collection at our warehouse Northstar@AMK 7030 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 #06-53 Singapore 569880. However, please call / Whatsapp us 1 day in advance to notify us of your coming.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

Our warehouse is open from 11am to 7pm from Monday to Friday.
